An Advent Evening of Prayer and Reflection: Prepare the Way, the Landscape of Incarnation

As the season of Advent approaches, we will be invited during this evening of reflection to explore its familiar terrain and Isaiah’s annual invitation (40: 3-5) to “prepare the way of the Lord” through the deserts and valleys of our own life’s journey.
In the midst of our often hectic and traditional ways of planning for Christmas, we will take time to stop and listen to the prophet’s challenge to search for and to find the “glory of the Lord . . . revealed” in the more ordinary landscapes of our everyday lives.

  • Date: Thursday, November 20th
  • Time: 7:00PM
  • Location: St. Hilary's Parish Center, 2nd Floor
  • Presented by: Sister Clare D'Auria, OSF
